Management Accountant – Financial Reporting & Analysis

About the role

We are seeking a Management Accountant to own the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts for a fast‑growing SaaS business. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will translate financial data into clear insight, supporting product, customer success and operations teams as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts with variance analysis and narrative explanations.
• Build and maintain financial forecasts, cash‑flow projections and budgeting models.
• Work with operational teams to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Reconcile balance‑sheet accounts and ensure a smooth month‑end close.
• Develop and maintain financial models and reporting dashboards.
• Assist with external audit and statutory reporting requirements.

Required profile

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified (or part‑qualified) candidate.
• Experience in a growth‑stage technology or SaaS business.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non‑finance audiences.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑moving environment.
