Manager, Direct Tax Compliance & Reporting

About the role

This position offers a senior‑level opportunity to work on tax compliance, provisioning and reporting for some of the world’s largest companies across multiple jurisdictions. You will join a team that delivers Group Tax Accounting and Reporting services under both US GAAP and IFRS, helping to shape efficient, high‑quality outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and review of interim, quarterly and year‑end global tax provisions under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Assist with tax reporting deliverables from controllers and tax managers across the Group.
• Contribute to US GAAP and IFRS disclosure preparation, including reconciliation of GAAP differences.
• Maintain tax provision memoranda and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, including SOX documentation and audit processes.
• Act as a key client contact, communicating with clients and building strong relationships.

Required profile

• Experience in tax accounting and direct tax across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS reporting standards.
• Familiarity with internal control frameworks and SOX compliance.
