Marketing & Funnel Growth Coordinator

About the role

Huzzle is recruiting, on behalf of its client, a data-driven Marketing & Funnel Growth Coordinator for a Manchester-based property management and estate agency with over 20 years of experience and a portfolio of more than 800 properties. The role owns the end-to-end marketing ecosystem, from social media and lead funnels to CRM automation and nurture sequences. It is a fully remote, independent contractor position with a 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM GMT working day.

Key responsibilities

• Social media: run and schedule content on Facebook and Instagram to engage local audiences
• Funnels: build and optimise landing pages, lead capture forms and qualification workflows using A/B testing
• CRM: oversee lead routing and attribution and track campaign-to-conversion performance
• Automation: design email sequences, SMS workflows and missed-call automations
• Database marketing: run targeted email campaigns, newsletters and reactivation campaigns for landlords, investors and tenants
• AI support: implement and help run AI response systems and chatbots
• Performance tracking: monitor cost per lead, funnel throughput and marketing-attributed appointments

Required profile

• Proven experience in real estate marketing and lead generation
• Strong written and verbal English
• Ability to work strictly within 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM GMT hours
• Proactive, owner's mindset able to manage technical systems independently
