Part-Time Marketing Manager

About the role

NJ Garments, a growing clothing brand and merchandising company founded in 2017, is offering a part-time Marketing Manager role in Manchester. You will take ownership of the company's day-to-day marketing activity and work closely with the directors and sales team to develop and execute the wider marketing strategy. The role is hands-on and varied, with scope to grow over time depending on business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage the marketing plan, create and schedule LinkedIn and social media content, and run email campaigns
• Manage the company LinkedIn page and help develop the directors' personal LinkedIn presence
• Write blogs, articles, case studies and customer success stories
• Develop sector-specific campaigns and support outbound sales campaigns
• Aid in developing marketing materials and sales collateral, and help promote new services and propositions
• Manage newsletters and customer communications, monitor campaign performance and report results
• Create and maintain a marketing calendar covering campaigns, advertising, product launches, events, content and social media
• Support the sales team with presentations, proposals and supporting content, and identify new marketing opportunities and channels

Required profile

• Previous B2B marketing experience
• Strong LinkedIn and social media experience
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience creating marketing campaigns and working alongside sales teams
• Ability to work independently and a commercial mindset
• Open to flexible arrangements such as shorter days, selected days each week or school-hours, with hybrid working available
