Material Movement Operator

About the role

As a Material Movement Operator you will ensure the smooth flow of raw materials, components and finished goods across the manufacturing site. The role is entry‑level and includes full training, allowing you to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced production environment while supporting safety, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Safely move, load and unload materials and finished goods.
• Store, issue and return materials correctly.
• Operate material handling equipment during start‑up, changeover and shutdown activities.
• Monitor production lines and report any issues or faults promptly.
• Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas.
• Perform quality and safety checks in line with site standards.
• Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily targets and maintain high standards.
