MEP Site Manager – £60k-£73k – Bristol

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Site Manager to lead the mechanical and electrical packages on a major £40‑120 million construction programme in Bristol. You will own the delivery of M&E works from installation through commissioning, testing, snagging and final handover, ensuring quality, safety and programme targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of all mechanical and electrical works on site.
• Coordinate M&E subcontractors, specialist suppliers and the wider site team.
• Drive programme performance, monitor milestones and resolve technical or logistical issues.
• Review and control RAMS, permits, inspections and quality records.
• Lead coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee commissioning activities, testing procedures and snagging processes.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance throughout the project.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an MEP Site Manager, Building Services Manager, M&E Manager or M&E Site Supervisor.
• Background with either a main contractor or M&E subcontractor on large‑scale projects.
• Strong track record delivering mechanical and electrical packages in commercial, industrial or life‑science sectors.
