Mid-Weight / Junior Designer – Hybrid, London

About the role

YOM is an innovative beauty startup building a groundbreaking brand. We are seeking a Mid‑Weight / Junior Designer to shape how the brand appears across all touchpoints, working closely with the founder in a fast‑moving, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the brand and product story into visual assets for social, email, print, OOH, packaging, motion/video, in‑store and experiential channels.
• Design and build EDM/email campaigns in Figma, adhering to brand and template guidelines.
• Create scroll‑stopping social content, including Reels and short‑form video tailored to each platform.
• Support the founder in developing her personal channels with authentic, brand‑aligned content.
• Interpret brand guidelines and creative briefs into polished, channel‑appropriate executions.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorms and collaborate with the wider team from concept to delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Prepare and adapt artwork for various formats and specifications.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, platform best practices, and beauty industry work.
• Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint as the brand scales.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in an agency, in‑house creative team, startup or studio environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across social, email and print/OOH.
• Passion for beauty and brand building with an eye for authentic, scroll‑stopping content.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency when adapting ideas across formats.
• Good communication skills and comfort presenting creative concepts.
