Midweight Designer – Sports & Lifestyle Agency

About the role

MATTA is seeking a talented, highly motivated midweight Designer to join its Creative Team. You will work across brand identity and campaign projects for sports and lifestyle brands, turning bold ideas into world‑class visual executions.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end creative execution across brand, digital, print and campaign work.
• Plan and deliver projects, refining concepts and ensuring timely delivery.
• Support the Design team by developing and implementing efficient processes.
• Present work and ideas to internal teams and, when required, directly to clients.
• Mentor junior designers and guide their development.
• Coordinate freelancers, illustrators and printers to meet project needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of design experience in a studio or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social, web and print projects with excellent typography, composition and layout.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Creative teams and Art Directors.
• Confident communicator who can pitch and sell design concepts.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple deadlines and budgets.
• Passion for sports marketing and a desire to work within that sector.
