About the role

We are seeking a motivated, professional Mortgage Broker to join our award‑winning mortgage and protection team in Surrey. You will provide independent mortgage and protection advice to a diverse client base, including high‑net‑worth individuals, while benefiting from a strong lead source and hybrid working flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver independent mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Work with estate‑agency generated leads and maintain strong relationships with lenders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the administration team to streamline paperwork.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a mortgage adviser or broker.
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Professional, customer‑focused and self‑motivated.
• Experience handling estate‑agency leads and high‑net‑worth clients.

Required skills

• CeMAP certification.
