Multi Trader – Maintenance & Repairs (Sittingbourne)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading repairs and maintenance contractor in the social housing sector to hire a Multi Trader for their Sittingbourne base. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality routine maintenance across a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while providing excellent customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out multiple maintenance jobs each day, covering plumbing, carpentry and other trade tasks.
• Maintain accurate records using a PDA and job‑scheduling software.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and NHF SORS standards where applicable.
• Respond to call‑outs and overtime requests as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold a best‑in‑class standard of service for residents.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader in social housing or a similar environment.
• Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing, carpentry or related fields.
• Valid CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness certification.
• Full UK manual driving licence and willingness to undergo DBS, drug and alcohol testing.
