National Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a National Account Manager to lead a strategic national account valued at around £20 million. Based in our Watford head office, you will build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, develop growth strategies and ensure service excellence across engineering, operations and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a strategic national account worth approximately £20 million.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Develop and execute growth strategies and commercial reviews.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and service teams to deliver excellent service.
• Travel to customer sites as required.

Required profile

• Proven commercial track record in account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in technical engineering, manufacturing, retail or similar B2B environments (useful).
• Ability to build long‑term partnerships and influence at all organisational levels.
• High‑visibility mindset with a focus on sustainability initiatives.
