New Business & Seller Growth Manager – Fashion (Pre-loved & Resale)

About the role

Join TikTok Shop’s fast‑growing Fashion team in London as a New Business & Seller Growth Manager. You will lead the expansion of the deadstock, resale and live‑commerce categories by acquiring high‑potential merchants and guiding them to success on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and onboard sellers from deadstock distributors, wholesale partners, marketplace sellers (e.g., eBay, Whatnot) and emerging live‑commerce creators.
• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding process, set growth strategies and ensure strong early performance.
• Manage a portfolio of sellers to drive GMV growth through live‑commerce adoption, assortment optimisation and performance analysis.
• Develop deep market expertise, contribute to category strategy and spot high‑value opportunities such as larger distributors and 1P players.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Policy and Governance to solve merchant pain points and improve platform tools.
• Use data to prioritise actions, measure impact and continuously refine the seller lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management within e‑commerce or marketplace environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting growth targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset capable of turning insights into actionable plans.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced setting.
