About the role
We are seeking a newly qualified or early‑career architect to join our team on a high‑profile heritage and conservation‑led project in London. The role offers the chance to work across all RIBA stages, contributing to design development, technical detailing, and coordination with consultants and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in delivering projects from concept through to construction, covering all RIBA work stages.
- Develop detailed design solutions for historic buildings and high‑end residential schemes.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and coordination documents.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory bodies to secure planning and listed building consent.
- Support the team with research on traditional construction methods and materials.
Required profile
- Strong interest or experience in conservation, heritage architecture, or historic buildings.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when dealing with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a project team.
- Attention to detail and a practical problem‑solving approach.
- Willingness to develop knowledge of UK planning, listed building consent, and building regulations.
Required skills
- ArchiCAD (training can be provided if not already proficient).
