Night Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the award‑winning Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere as a Night Supervisor and take ownership of the resort’s overnight operations. You will ensure guests enjoy a safe, comfortable stay while maintaining the high standards expected of a 5‑star property.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the front‑office team during night shifts, acting as the primary point of contact for guests.
• Oversee all departments to guarantee smooth, efficient overnight functioning.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and special needs with precision and courtesy.
• Support the Night Manager in training, performance reviews and SOP development.
• Maintain security protocols and ensure the safety of guests and property.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills suited to a 5‑star guest experience.
• Ability to make independent decisions during overnight hours.
• Availability for night shifts in a high‑end hospitality setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience using Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
