About the role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Office & Marketing Assistant to support our growing team in Nine Elms. The role combines office administration, customer service, lettings support and light property coordination, offering hands‑on experience across all areas of a fast‑moving real‑estate agency.
Key responsibilities
- Provide reception and office cover as needed.
- Handle daily admin tasks including emails, phone calls and diary support.
- Assist with social‑media content creation (Reels, TikToks, stories, posts) and support marketing videos.
- Schedule and confirm property viewings.
- Support lettings processes such as referencing, paperwork and check‑ins/check‑outs.
- Coordinate minor repair requests by liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming office environment.
- Provide general support to the Founder, PA and wider team.
Required profile
- Confident, friendly and well‑presented.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Social‑media savvy, preferably Instagram.
- Creative, detail‑oriented and comfortable on camera.
- Flexible, able to multitask in a small but growing team.
- Positive “can‑do” attitude and willingness to support wherever needed.
- No prior real‑estate experience required – training will be provided.
