About the role
Join Tether’s Finance team as an Operations Associate or Senior Associate, supporting the day‑to‑day activities of a multi‑asset investment and treasury platform. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, helping to ensure smooth trade operations, accurate reconciliations, and efficient digital‑asset workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and monitor trade operations across multiple asset classes.
- Perform daily and periodic reconciliations of treasury and investment accounts.
- Manage digital‑asset processing workflows, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues quickly.
Required profile
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment.
- Experience working with finance or treasury operations, preferably in digital‑asset contexts.
