About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to manage a contact centre team in Worksop. You will be responsible for coaching staff, driving performance, and supporting recruitment while upholding our brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop team members using performance‑management tools to improve KPIs and personal objectives.
- Provide continuous coaching and development to sustain business success.
- Support the recruitment process and promote a strong brand image.
- Analyse team activity data to identify coaching and development needs.
- Communicate recommendations to the line manager and document monthly 1:1 meetings.
- Stay current with procedures, processes, and products and relay updates to the team.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a successful contact centre team.
- Solid background in performance management.
- Ability to interpret data and analyse team performance.
- Strong problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.

- Competitive salary up to £31,000 DOE.

- Full‑time role – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
