About the role
This part‑time Corporate Administrator position supports senior staff in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment based in Inverness. The role starts immediately on a three‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension, and offers flexible start and finish times.
Key responsibilities
- Manage senior executives' diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle inbox management, minute taking, and electronic filing.
- Maintain databases, perform data entry and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Provide general office administration and ad‑hoc secretarial duties.
- Support team events and coordinate internal communications.
Required profile
- Proactive, able to work independently and make confident decisions.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Strong communication skills and experience working within a close‑knit team.
- Experience in a PA or senior administrative role is preferred.
