Part-Time Store Colleague

About the role

A part-time Store Colleague position in Belfast, within a fast-paced retail environment. You will play an active role on the shop floor, helping customers feel valued and supported while keeping the store running smoothly. Key responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, welcoming experience for customers, giving support and product information where needed
• Help achieve team sales objectives by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products and promoting complementary items
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation across the shop floor, keeping fixtures, displays and stock areas clean and organised
• Replenish stock so products are available and correctly displayed
• Complete operational tasks such as processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing and preparing deliveries
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support additional duties as reasonably required
