Seasonal Store Colleague - Part Time

About the role

A seasonal, part-time position in a Belfast store to help deliver an outstanding customer experience during one of the busiest periods of the year. You will support the day-to-day running of the store through customer service, stock replenishment and presentation standards, while supporting colleagues across the shop floor. Retail experience is advantageous but not essential.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, welcoming experience for customers, giving support and product information where needed
• Support store and team objectives through excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Replenish stock so products are available and presented in line with company standards
• Maintain presentation standards across the shop floor, keeping fixtures, displays and stock areas clean and organised
• Complete operational tasks such as processing transactions, stock handling and preparing deliveries
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements
• Work with colleagues to run the store effectively, and help with additional duties during peak trading periods

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in a fast-paced retail environment
• Able to follow processes and maintain attention to detail
• Positive, customer-focused approach and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and availability during the festive period, including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day where required
