Part‑Time HR Generalist – 2‑3 days/week in West London

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing media firm to hire their first internal HR Generalist on a part‑time basis. Working 2‑3 flexible days per week in West London, you will support the COO and managers to deliver a positive employee experience across a creative, project‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee‑relations cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for production and corporate teams, including job‑description development, advertising, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and contractual changes.
• Support performance‑review processes, development planning and succession initiatives.
• Deliver HR projects, organisational change programmes and policy updates.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion and ensure best‑practice HR compliance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist or similar, preferably in a small‑headcount organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Professional, discreet handling of confidential information.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards qualification.

Required skills

• Knowledge of freelance and fixed‑term contract workforce management.
