Part‑time Residential Architect (Revit)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Architect to support our residential housing projects, including extensions and internal reconfigurations. Working remotely and on‑site in Stoke Newington, you will translate existing survey drawings into detailed Revit models and construction‑ready plans.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate architectural drawings in Revit using site survey information.
• Develop layout options for extensions, internal reconfigurations and small residential schemes.
• Prepare documentation required for planning applications.
• Implement design revisions promptly and ensure they meet planning requirements.
• Collaborate with the planning team to align drawings with regulatory standards.
• Provide technical input on wall construction, stair design and other design considerations.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Experience in residential architecture with a solid portfolio.
• Reliable, proactive and comfortable managing feedback remotely.
• Effective time‑management skills for a flexible 11 am‑4 pm schedule.
