Part‑time Sales Advisor – Retail

About the role

As a Sales Advisor at the Samsonite Store in Ashford Designer Outlet, you will be the front‑line representative of a globally recognised travel‑goods brand. Working 5 hours per week, you will deliver high‑quality customer service, promote sales and uphold the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer travel needs, recommend suitable Samsonite products and provide accurate information on features, warranties and after‑sales services.
• Maintain store performance by staying informed of budgets, targets and KPIs, and sharing insights that help achieve retail goals.
• Ensure accurate pricing, premium presentation and proper stock control to minimise losses.
• Follow operational policies, handle cash responsibly, keep the store clean and support environmental initiatives such as Green Mark.
• Maintain visual merchandising and window displays to global standards and stay up‑to‑date with promotions and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 15 kg and use ladders.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in premium or travel goods.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for travel and strong brand sensibility.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing store needs.

• Computer literacy.
