Sales Advisor - Part-Time (5 Hours Per Week)

About the role

Samsonite is looking for a part-time Sales Advisor for its store at Designer Outlet Ashford (Unit 11, Kimberley Drive, Ashford TN24 0SD). The role is 5 hours per week, available as soon as possible, and reports directly to the Store Manager. You will be the face of a globally recognised travel brand, delivering customer service, driving sales and reflecting Samsonite's brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customers' travel needs and recommend suitable products, giving accurate information on features, warranties and after-sales service, while applying the Smiles Selling Standards and building loyalty.
• Stay informed of store communications, budgets, targets and KPIs, and share insights and feedback.
• Maintain accurate pricing and premium presentation, follow stock-control procedures and minimise losses.
• Follow operational policies such as cash handling and health and safety, complete paperwork accurately and on time, and keep the store clean and welcoming.
• Maintain visual merchandising and window displays to global standards and stay up to date with promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, share market trends and customer feedback with the Store Manager, and follow the dress code and grooming standards.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in premium or travel goods.
• Ability to stand, bend and lift up to 15kg and use ladders.
• Ability to work under pressure, a sales-oriented mindset and flexibility.
• Passion for travel and brand sensibility.
