People Advisor

About the role

Rolls‑Royce is seeking People Advisors for its Bristol and Inchinnan sites. Working in a hybrid model (minimum three days on‑site), you will partner with business leaders to deliver HR processes that drive performance, manage sickness absence and resolve employee relations issues.

Key responsibilities

• Support leaders in managing sickness absence, ensuring compliance and reducing overall absence levels.
• Guide and coach leaders through performance‑management cycles to improve business output.
• Assist with conflict resolution, providing timely and effective outcomes.
• Train and mentor leaders on case‑management best practices.
• Produce trend analysis and data insights on employee‑relations metrics.
• Identify lessons learned, recommend and implement process improvements.
• Monitor legal developments, advise on policy changes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, HR or equivalent experience.
• Case‑management experience with a focus on sickness absence, performance and conflict resolution.
• Strong analytical ability; comfortable manipulating and presenting data.
• Excellent customer and relationship‑management skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with the ability to influence senior leaders.
