People & Culture Coordinator – HR Shared Services

About the role

We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our HR team in Hemel Hempstead. The role provides customer‑focused, comprehensive HR support to managers and employees across Great Britain, Ireland and BTI, delivering transactional HR services with accuracy and a high‑quality end‑user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including HR, reward, HRIS and payroll activities.
• Provide up‑to‑date HR guidance based on Britvic policies and employment legislation.
• Resolve employee and manager queries as the first point of contact, ensuring effective case management.
• Maintain accurate HR data in HR systems, complying with data‑protection requirements.
• Monitor workflow against service‑level agreements, escalating and owning cases to completion.
• Identify and share process improvements to enhance the HR service.
• Collaborate with HR partners and Centres of Excellence to deliver tailored support.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an HR shared‑services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Current UK working rights.
• Desirable experience with SuccessFactors.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors.
