About the role
We are seeking a discreet, highly organised Personal Assistant to support the founder of a leading beauty, luxury and lifestyle agency. This hybrid role combines strategic support with day‑to‑day administrative duties, offering a unique chance to work closely with a high‑profile executive and premium clients.
Key responsibilities
- Full diary management, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel.
- Inbox and communication handling, acting as the primary gatekeeper.
- Booking and coordinating complex international travel (private and commercial).
- Liaising with VIP clients, editors, brand founders and their assistants.
- Personal errands and lifestyle support such as reservations, deliveries, gifting and dog walking.
- Managing expenses, invoices and supporting broader administrative tasks.
- Assisting the founder with strategic planning and ensuring timely follow‑up of key actions.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior PA or EA role, preferably within fashion, beauty, media or creative industries.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management abilities with razor‑sharp attention to detail.
- High level of discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence.
- Calm under pressure, solutions‑oriented and able to anticipate needs.
