Pharmacy Dispenser – London Stores

About the role

Join a busy pharmacy team in a London store where you will support the pharmacist and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe and efficient pharmacy services. You will build relationships with patients, dispense prescriptions, and provide advice to help them make informed health decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions while ensuring safe supply of medicines, including ordering, labelling, endorsing and collection.
• Work with other healthcare professionals to manage and deliver pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and refer queries to the pharmacist as appropriate.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to support legal and safe dispensing.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new innovations and operational processes.
• Support patients in managing repeat prescriptions and promote adherence.
• Use evolving store technologies and new systems to improve dispensing processes.

Required profile

• Completed Pharmacy Advisor qualification NVQ2 (or equivalent) or currently working towards the first year of an MPharm qualification.
• Current and valid UK right to work (no sponsorship available).
• Experience in community pharmacy is desirable.
