Power Platform Consultant

About the role

The Power Platform Consultant joins Razorblue’s Solution Design team to create and deliver modern Microsoft‑based business solutions for a diverse client base. Reporting to the Enterprise Solution Architect, you will work closely with customers, account managers, project managers and engineers to ensure solutions are scalable, commercially viable and aligned with best practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to capture business and technical requirements.
• Translate challenges into practical Power Platform solutions and present them to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including technical scoping, demos and proposal development.
• Design and deliver solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot and AI Builder.
• Produce solution and technical design documentation following Razorblue standards.
• Collaborate with consultants and engineers to ensure successful implementation, governance, security and scalability.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing and communication skills with commercial awareness.
• Hands‑on experience across the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Power Platform components.
• Ability to switch between workshops, technical design, pre‑sales discussions and hands‑on delivery.
• Proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.
