Private Client Solicitor – Associate (Shenfield)

About the role

Join a highly regarded regional firm known for its exceptional reputation and commitment to investing in people. As a Private Client Solicitor Associate you will work autonomously, providing specialist advice across the full spectrum of private client law, with a clear pathway towards partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive private client legal advice, including wills, trusts and tax planning.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients.
• Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
• Represent clients in negotiations and, where required, in court.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to firm development.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of private client law.
• Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Ambition to progress towards partnership.
• Excellent client service orientation.
