Process Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Process Operator to work rotating shifts at our Dartford site. The role alternates weekly between a 6 am‑2 pm shift and a 1:30 pm‑10 pm shift (finishing at 8:30 am on Friday), delivering 37.5 hours per week. The position offers a salary of £30,550 per year inclusive of shift allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture of dispersion products.
• Accurately complete batch documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice and health & safety requirements.
• Liaise with Quality Control staff to achieve timely batch release.
• Assist with utility functions when required.

Required profile

• Experience in a production, processing or manufacturing environment (e.g., food, pharma).
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Highly motivated, flexible and proactive.
• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
