Procurement Expeditor – Powertrains Manufacturing

About the role

Red Bull Powertrains is seeking a Procurement Expeditor to support the scheduling and delivery of manufacturing components for its high‑precision, low‑volume power unit production. The role ensures purchase and works orders are aligned with business delivery requirements while collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Expedite suppliers daily to meet agreed delivery dates, communicating status and resolving potential delays.
• Maintain the RBPT business system with accurate operation schedules, start times, and load graphs.
• Manage supplier commitments, escalating risks and working with internal teams to ensure supply chain continuity.
• Place indirect purchase orders as needed and handle picks and shortages to sustain smooth throughput.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast‑paced procurement or supply‑chain environment, preferably low‑volume, high‑precision manufacturing.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Collaborative attitude, high accountability, reliability and team spirit.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and communicate effectively.
