Product Owner

About the role

We are partnering with an ambitious, growing technology business that is investing heavily in its product function. As a Product Owner you will have end‑to‑end ownership of a product, shaping its direction, prioritising work and ensuring it delivers real value for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously prioritise the product backlog to align with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, designers and stakeholders throughout discovery, delivery, release and UAT.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Balance customer needs, commercial priorities and technical considerations when making product decisions.
• Use customer feedback and data to iteratively improve the product and user experience.
• Build strong relationships across the business and act as the voice of the customer within the development team.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Product Owner in a small or medium‑sized business or lean product team.
• Proven track record of owning products through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments where priorities evolve.
• Proactive mindset with confidence to challenge ideas and drive continuous improvement.
• Passion for building products that solve genuine customer problems.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
