Product Support Sales Representative – Parts & Service

About the role

WMH Solutions is seeking a field‑based Product Support Sales Representative to grow its parts, service and aftermarket business across the Alabama market. You will act as a trusted advisor, matching customer equipment needs with WMH solutions to keep operations running.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B customers throughout the assigned territory.
• Conduct face‑to‑face visits, identify parts, service, maintenance and equipment‑support opportunities.
• Build relationships with operations leaders, maintenance teams, facility managers and purchasing contacts.
• Develop proposals, manage opportunities from conversation to close, and reactivate inactive accounts.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate CRM data, and track activity, forecasts and results.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to build professional customer relationships and consistently prospect for new business.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field‑based territory with a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to use CRM and technology to manage sales activity and pipeline.

Required skills

• CRM usage (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
