Strategic Partnerships Director

About the role

Goodwall is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director to drive multi‑million‑dollar collaborations with Fortune 500 companies, foundations and public sector organisations. You will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation to contract closure, and shape the company’s partnership strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own a multi‑million‑dollar revenue target and build your own pipeline of high‑value partnerships.
• Identify and engage senior decision‑makers, opening doors and building trust with global organisations.
• Design bespoke partnership proposals that align partner goals with Goodwall’s impact programmes.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including negotiation, proposal development and contract signing.
• Develop existing relationships to uncover new opportunities and ensure long‑term collaboration.
• Contribute to the evolution of Goodwall’s partnership approach and help build a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• 10+ years of enterprise sales, partnerships or business development experience, preferably in CSR, sustainability, HR/talent, foundations, edtech or social impact.
• Proven ability to sell “soft” outcomes to large corporate buyers and close 6‑7 figure deals.
• Strong commercial mindset combined with creativity and curiosity.
• Comfortable building relationships with senior executives and detailed stakeholders alike.
• Highly self‑directed, able to thrive with minimal processes and high ambiguity.
• Desire for ownership and autonomy in a fast‑moving environment.
