Production Coordinator

About the role

The Production Coordinator will support the procurement and supply chain team in a fast‑growing industrial and manufacturing company. Based in Deeside, you will help keep production schedules on track by coordinating resources, materials and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
• Raise purchase orders for materials and resources required for production.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain supply chain efficiency.
• Track inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Communicate with internal teams to address production issues or delays.
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, supply chain or production coordination within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• A genuine desire to learn from a motivated team and progress in your career.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage schedules and resources effectively.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools for inventory and production tracking.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
• A practical approach to problem‑solving with attention to detail.
