About the role
Join Muller’s Cream Department at the Severnside site as a Level 3 Production Operative. You will help keep the production line running smoothly and meet the daily production plan for our cream products.
Key responsibilities
- Follow legal, company policies and food‑safety standards.
- Maintain equipment, raise issues to the Team Leader and ensure plant reliability.
- Support cost‑saving and waste‑reduction initiatives.
- Record performance data promptly and adhere to quality system controls.
- Promote health & safety practices and contribute to site improvement plans.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in a temperature‑controlled environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible, able to adapt to changing production plans.
- Good listening, initiative and prioritisation abilities.
