Production Operative – Food Manufacturing (Day/Night Shifts)

About the role

We are looking for Production Operatives to join a leading bakery in Milton Keynes. The role is full‑time, temporary and involves working on a fast‑paced production line that manufactures cakes and buns in a room‑temperature environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the production line, ensuring continuous flow and meeting output targets.
• Monitor and maintain hygiene standards throughout the shift.
• Follow health and safety procedures, including working in chilled areas when required.
• Adapt to rotating day and night shift patterns.
• Report any issues or deviations to the line supervisor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food production or bakery environments.
• Ability to work in a chilled environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
• Good personal hygiene and a team‑oriented attitude.
