Production Operator – Basingstoke

About the role

We are seeking a positive, hands‑on Production Operator to join our expanding team in Basingstoke. The role involves working on a machine production line, supporting safe and efficient output while following clear instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all factory Quality, Cost, Safety, Delivery, Engagement and Environmental procedures.
• Work safely as part of a small, supportive team and follow trained work instructions on the production line.
• Highlight any deviations or issues to the Lead Operator promptly.
• Monitor standards, resolve breaches quickly, and communicate clearly with the Lead Operator.
• Plan and organise time to meet delivery targets and minimise line downtime.
• Support efficient execution of planned interruptions and restart production swiftly.

Required profile

• Positive team player with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and standards accurately.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliability and attention to detail.
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
