About the role

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to achieve target output.
• Inspect finished products for quality, reporting any defects.
• Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
• Assist with equipment setup, routine maintenance, and minor troubleshooting.
• Record production data and keep accurate documentation.
