Programme Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead a high‑impact Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation for a multi‑site organisation. Reporting to the IT Director, you will own the delivery of the ERP programme, working closely with senior stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure a smooth transition and real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation programme.
• Manage all ERP lifecycle stages: design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, deployment, cut‑over and post‑go‑live optimisation.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams and external implementation partners.
• Establish programme governance, monitoring risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and milestones.
• Drive business readiness and user adoption across multiple sites and functions.
• Support the transition from legacy systems to the new D365 F&O environment.
• Identify and realise process improvement opportunities through technology and automation.
• Ensure measurable operational improvements and long‑term value delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation programmes.
• Strong background in ERP transformation and programme management.
• Experience managing complex technology change in multi‑site or geographically dispersed organisations.
• Track record of working with Microsoft Dynamics implementation partners or system integrators.
• Solid understanding of finance, procurement, supply‑chain and operational processes within ERP systems.

• Salary range £85,000–£95,000 per annum.
