About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on, proactive Project Co‑Ordinator to join our client’s team in Rochester. In this full‑time position you will ensure depot and yard operations run smoothly, coordinating projects from inception to completion while keeping them on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing projects.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation.
- Monitor progress and report on key milestones.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
Required profile
- Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with problem‑solving mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with project management software.
- Microsoft Office Suite.

- Salary £30,000‑£35,000 per year.
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays.
