Project Coordinator

About the role

This contract position supports a large, multi‑year technology transformation programme for a high‑profile public sector client. You will work closely with Project Managers and Workstream Leads, helping to keep the delivery pipeline moving from discovery through to hyper‑care.

Key responsibilities

• Track project progress and maintain key project controls.
• Support governance activities, reporting, and RAID log management.
• Ensure accurate milestone tracking and release of information to stakeholders.
• Assist Project Managers and Workstream Leads across the full lifecycle, including design, build, test, release, transition and hyper‑care.
• Coordinate occasional on‑site meetings in Bristol while primarily working remotely.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably within technology delivery.
• Experience supporting project governance, reporting, RAID logs and milestone tracking.
• Understanding of Change and Release Management processes.
• SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance.
• Organised, detail‑focused and comfortable in a fast‑paced delivery environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
