Project Manager – Design Agency (East Sussex)

About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager to act as the bridge between clients and our studio, overseeing projects from concept through to delivery. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of print and digital design work for multiple organisations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate client communications and studio teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage projects across brand strategy, visual identity, campaigns, advertising, art direction, photography, video, illustration, website design and development.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules and status reports.
- Facilitate hand‑overs and approvals between clients and internal teams.
Required profile
- Proven experience working in a design agency environment.
- Based in East Sussex and able to work on‑site five days a week.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
