Project Manager – Purchase to Pay (Finance Transformation)

About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Project Manager to lead a six‑month finance transformation programme focused on Purchase‑to‑Pay (P2P) and accounts payable. Working in a hybrid model, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of the payables workstream, ensuring the programme meets its timeline, budget and quality targets.
Key responsibilities
- Own delivery of the payables/AP transformation workstream from planning to closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, dependencies and governance structures.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Operations, IT and external partners.
- Drive improvements in P2P processes, controls, automation and overall efficiency.
- Produce clear status reports, steering‑committee packs and communications for senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven track record delivering finance transformation projects as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of Purchase‑to‑Pay and Accounts Payable processes.
- Comfort operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Pragmatic, structured delivery mindset with the ability to challenge the status‑quo.
