Project Manager – Residential & Regeneration

About the role

This position is based in Ramsgate and involves managing residential and regeneration projects for housing associations, local authorities and other public sector clients. You will work within a specialist real‑estate consultancy that delivers complex mixed‑use developments across London and the South East.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of development schemes, ensuring milestones, budgets and programme objectives are met.
• Act as the client’s representative, coordinating consultants, contractors and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear recommendations to clients.
• Prepare progress reports, governance documentation and updates for senior and board‑level audiences.
• Support procurement, tender processes and contractor appointments where required.
• Review technical drawings, specifications and development proposals to keep projects aligned with client goals.
• Assist with contract administration and maintain robust project controls and governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering residential or regeneration projects for public‑sector clients.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, make decisions and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
