Property Lister & Valuer – Full‑time Role in East Ham

About the role

Join a fast‑paced estate agency in East Ham as a Property Lister and Valuer. You will work closely with clients to maximise sale prices, generate new business and support the branch’s profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert marketing advice to help customers achieve the best sale price.
• Value and list properties, securing top offers for vendors.
• Stay ahead of market trends and build a reputation as a trusted local expert.
• Generate leads, nurture relationships and match properties with suitable buyers.
• Assist in branch management, including profitability monitoring and team motivation.
• Lead morning meetings in the Branch Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property valuation and listing.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to convert valuations into listings.
• Self‑motivated, driven and able to thrive under pressure.
• Commitment to honesty, trust and respect in customer interactions.
• Full UK driving licence.

What we offer

• Basic salary £23,000 per annum plus commission potential up to £40,000.
• Car allowance of £2,500 or company car.
