Property Manager – Residential Lettings (Surbiton)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced residential Property Manager to join a well‑established lettings business in Surbiton. You will own a portfolio of managed properties, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and deliver a high‑quality service as part of a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties from tenancy commencement through to completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Handle maintenance issues, arrange repairs and coordinate contractors efficiently.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure high standards are maintained.
• Manage tenancy renewals, deposits, compliance requirements and associated administration.
• Provide proactive updates and advice to landlords to ensure excellent customer service.
• Collaborate closely with the lettings team to support smooth operations and business growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation, compliance and property management procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy portfolio effectively.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Professional approach and commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
