About the role

Join a respected estate agency in Eastbourne and take charge of a substantial residential portfolio. You will split your time between the office and site visits, supporting both tenants and landlords while ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard. Flexible working arrangements are available to accommodate school pick‑up and drop‑off needs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle maintenance requests and coordinate timely repairs.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day‑to‑day portfolio management.
• Travel to local properties with business mileage fully reimbursed.
