Property Manager – Residential Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of around 200 residential properties for a well‑established independent estate agency in the Holborn/Chancery Lane area. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, and offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per year.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties, acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Arrange property inspections, safety certificates and regular visits.
• Coordinate maintenance, obtain quotes, and supervise repairs with contractors.
• Handle end‑of‑tenancy processes, including check‑outs, deposit releases and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and maintain accurate records and diaries.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience as a Property Manager, managing your own portfolio.
• UK residency; no driving licence required.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard IT tools used in property management.
